Lori is a Certified Pre- & Perinatal Massage Therapist offering pregnancy massage, instruction in self-massage, coach support, and pain management skills, as well as postpartum massage.
Lori also specializes in Rehabilitative massage, combining Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Positional Release, targeting chronic and short-term pain, as well as medical conditions. Lynn is the first person in Minneapolis/St. Paul to offer Resistance Stretching, a form of stretching in which a muscle simultaneously contracts as it lengthens. Olympic athlete Dara Torres credits this flexibility technique with helping her to win 3 silver medals in Beijing.
